At JPT We Treat All Our Customers The Same
Updated: Jul 13
Have you ever feel that you are being treated differently when you have paid the same amount of money as others? Its heartbreaking we hear how a cardboard tube manufacturer hasn’t been hands on with their customers, but with us, you don’t have to worry about anything like this.
We will treat you just like our other clients. We know only too well, the importance of treating all customers equally, whether it is the global eco-friendly paint and Wallpaper Company, Farrow & Ball, or family and artist-friendly prints from local artist, Dan Bugg, at Penfold Press.
With us, you can rest assured you will get the same treatment and respect as any of our clients. Whether you run a small local store or own a FTSE 100 company, we see everyone equally. That’s why, we don’t believe in Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), and will only ever quote you for how many you need.
We all are humans, and it’s just unjust treating someone with disrespect!
We take pride in greeting and welcoming all of our customers and visitors the same way. Also, our team is dedicated and friendly, so you don’t feel like an outsider at JPT. We will take time to get to know you and your business., Whether you want to work with us or buy some stuff, you will always see cheerful and infectious smiles around you.
Our three core values are always the same for all of our customers:
· You, The Customer Matters Most – you are the focus of everything we do. Our dedicated, friendly customer service team is on hand to provide you with exactly what you want when you want it.
· Quality And Reliability – we believe in delivering the highest quality products, swiftly and efficiently, to meet our customers’ demands and support their business needs. No matter what kind of tubes you want, you will only get the our best quality.
· The Competitive Edge – the desire to be the best at what we do drives us. With our processes, procedures, and pricing, we can offer our customers premium PRODUCTS at competitive rates.
Let’s talk about two of our clients and how we treat them just the same, irrespective of the value of their business:
Farrow & Ball:
Farrow & Ball were founded in 1946 by Dorset men, John Farrow and Richard Ball, and in 2010 the company made the decision to move their entire range to eco-friendly water-based finishes.
In 2017 they produced an eco-friendly ‘pop up’ showroom in Paris as part of the Paris Deco off. We were delighted to assist, and our recyclable cardboard tubes were painted, surrounded by wallpaper, and then used to provide a stunning showroom.
At Penfold Press, Dan Bugg studied printmaking at the Royal College of Art and launched his company over a decade ago. His prints are delivered worldwide, and he relies on our cardboard tubes being fit for purpose, to ensure his fantastic prints arrive in the same condition they leave his studio.
Now, you know how much our clients mean to us, and we will do everything in our power to help you. For us, you are our priority, and we will treat you no less! All of our customer facing colleagues have been working for Just Paper Tubes for 10 years or more, so they know the Cardboard industry inside out. If your enquiry is something we can’t for you, we also promise to tell you where else you can buy it from.
