This year we’ve been running the first year of the JPT Training Initiative Apprenticeship scheme, which has been a great success. We have 2 apprentices within our business who are carrying out important production roles, while also studying for a qualification in PMO (Performing Manufacturing Operations). We will be taking on more apprentices later in 2016.
We’ve been working in partnership with the LEP (Leeds Enterprise Partnership) who were formed by Government to help develop the “northern powerhouse”. The LEP’s skills service and JPT have been working together to provide additional training opportunities for members of staff at JPT. Did you see us being featured in the Press?
