Let’s not beat around the bush. It’s December.

The weather is turning, the nights are dark, and soon enough, we are going to power down the winding machines, turn off the lights in Selby, and go home to eat mince pies.

But before we do that, we have one final push to make sure your supply chain doesn't grind to a halt while we’re roasting turkeys.

Here is the no-nonsense guide to our Christmas shutdown.

The Critical Dates

Get these in your diary now. We don't want anyone ringing us on Christmas Eve expecting a pallet of industrial cores.

  • Last Order Date: Monday 15th December 2025

  • Final Delivery Run: Tuesday 23rd December 2025

  • Factory Closes: Tuesday 23rd December 2025

  • We Re-Open: Friday 02nd January 2026

The "Deadline" (Read This Carefully)

The 15th of December is the cut-off for general orders.

If you want standard stock delivered before Santa arrives, you need to tell us by the 15th.

That gives us a week to wind it, cut it, dry it, and ship it. Simple.

However...

We know that supply chains aren't always that simple. Many of you are strategic partners with agreed service levels or specific high-volume contracts.

If that’s you (and you know who you are): Don't panic. We will be winding your label cores and carpet tubes right up to the wire to ensure you stay stocked.

But for everyone else? Don't chance it. Order by the 15th.

To every customer who trusted us with their supply chain this year—whether you ordered a single pallet or a daily truckload—thank you. Your loyalty is what keeps the winders turning and the lights on (solar-powered or otherwise). We genuinely appreciate your business.
