Oh No! Your payment has been declined. It could be for many reasons such as the wrong billing address, or 3D Secure verification. 

 

 

Don't worry, If you get back in touch with the JPT team member who send you the proforma, they can log into our payment system and let you know why it was declined, then you can try again.
